Direct Debit

You can pay your library subscription by direct debit. This will benefit you as well as the library. Direct debit mandate forms can be obtained at your library.

What advantages are there to paying by direct debit?

• You don’t have to worry about forgetting to pay.
• Your payments are always made on time.
• If you are not in agreement with the amount debited, you can have it reversed within 30 days of debiting.
• An easy way to pay/no additional work
• Less cash in the library/lower administrative costs.

When is the subscription fee debited?

This is done on or around the 26th of the month before the month in which your subscription expires. For example, if your subscription expires in May, the fee is debited on or around 26 April
