Library Rates
Any person may use, on the premises, many of the services and materials of The Hague Public Library without obtaining a library card. If you want to borrow library materials, however, you need a library card. For your library card you pay an annual contribution. Apart from a yearly subscription fee, additional (rental) fees may be required in some cases, for instance to borrow CDs or follow a course. The Hague Public Library has a policy of collecting late charges on overdue materials to encourage prompt return.
