Kick-off Garbology: through the eyes of future archaeologists
Imagine this: you are an archaeologist in the year 2500. What will you and your colleagues discover about our time? What stories do the items that we leave behind tell them? Find out during the kick-off of exhibition Garbology.
Kick-off: what to expect?
Bring a piece of trash, something small, something funny, something eye-catching. Together, we will examine these items as if we were time travelers trying to unravel the past. What does your trash reveal about our lives, habits, and the climate? Using photos and short stories, we will create archive cards of your trash. This way, we document what these objects teach us about our society. What might people in 2500 think when they see this? Let your imagination run wild!
