Wayfinding Workshops
Wayfinding workshops is a series of 6 thematic gatherings that provide psychological support to displaced and immigrant people. They offer a safe and caring space to reconnect with yourself, remember your inner strength and value, explore ways to cope with stress and form meaningful, inspiring connections with others. Over the course of 6 workshops, we cover such themes as body awareness, emotional regulation, coping with stress, healing trauma and doing what you really want to do. Language: English
