We welcome all Persian-speaking people to join the Persian bookclub at our library.
You will, as a group, read and dicuss various persian texts and/or books. There will be a designated person who prepares the meetings and will help every participant gain acces to the chosen books and/or texts.

Practicalities:

• Meetings are on set days on a friday from 18.30h till 19.55h (the library closes at 20h)
• Coffee and tea will be provided for
• Joining the bookclub is free, no costs will be charged

Good to know:

• It is required you are (almost) fluent in Persian, as discussions and books will be in persian. This bookclub is not for learning the laguage.  
• We welcome all people who speak Persian
• This bookclub is a safe space for reading, engaging in conversation and experiencing literature with others. To safeguard this safe space for all, dialogue is encouraged, discussion is discouraged.

This bookclub will be a pilot, after the meeting in september we will gather feedback and collectively decide on how to proceed.
