How can I reserve items?
Go to the library website. Log on with your customer number and password and go to ‘Mijn bibliotheek’. Search the catalogue for the title you want to reserve. Click on the button ‘reserve’ and then follow the instructions on screen. It does not matter whether or not the title is currently on loan.
Where and when to pick up your reserved items
You can select the library where you wish to pick up the item(s). You will receive an e-mail when the title you have reserved is ready to collect. The reserved title will be held for you for ten days.
Reservation fee
We request a small sum for reserving a title for you. This amount will be charged to your account in the library system. You can pay the fee using the payment terminals in the library.
Cancellation
You may cancel a previously made reservation. The reservation fee will not be restituted however.
