Can I change my membership?
Yes, you can switch to a different type of membership. You can arrange this at the Customer Service desk in the library. If you want a membership that costs more then you will have to pay the extra. And if you opt for a cheaper membership then the rebate will be paid directly into your bank account.
Changes can only be made with immediate effect
You can only change your membership with immediate effect. Our system does not provide for changes to be made in advance. For example, when your present membership ends.
