We are happy to provide this free service but we do need to have your current e-mail address. You can check which e-mail address we have either at the Customer Service desk in the library or on the website in ‘Mijn Bibliotheek’. You can also change the e-mail address there if you want to.

No reminder received?
Are you still not receiving reminders? Check your unwanted mail (junk/spam) folder and add noreply@bibliotheekdenhaag.nl to your list of trusted sources (Whitelist).

Never late again?
This is an additional service. Failure to receive or read the reminder is not a valid reason not to renew or return the material on time.
